All the abstract notifications have been sent to the corresponding authors. If you have submitted an abstract but you have not received a notification of its acceptance, please contact us as soon as possible.
Extended abstracts (maximum 2 printed pages including photos and tables - follow the instruction you find below) are required for presentations and will be published in a dedicated issue of “Phytopathogenic Mollicutes” that will also be provided to delegates at the meeting. All the abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee.
Abstracts for which no registration fees are received for at least one of the authors before June 15th, 2019 will not be printed in the abstract book and will only be evaluated as poster to be displayed on site.

In order to submit your abstract for the fourth IPWG meeting you have to:
Download the preformatted abstract template (MS Word) provided here
Type your abstract into the preformatted document following the instruction for authors available here (.pdf).
IMPORTANT: Abstracts MUST be submitted as MS Word document (.doc/.docx) - maximum file size 5 MB.

After April 30th, 2019 abstracts cannot be modified.
Click on the "Submit your Abstract now" button below to start the uploading of your abstract (MS Word format .doc or .docx).
At the end of the submission please wait the "successful submission" message. You will also receive an email confirmation containig your submission details and your abstract as attachment.
TOPIC CATEGORIES
You can choose the topic that refers to the main subject of the abstract. The Scientific Committee reserves the right to re-categorize the abstract.

TYPE OF PRESENTATIONS
During the submission authors will be asked to indicate their presentation preference. Abstracts can be presented as:
• Extended Oral
• Short Oral
• Poster (also shortly presented as oral)
Final decision on the presentation type will be taken by the Scientific Committee.
Information about poster size and details about oral presentations will be be published as soon as possible.
NOTIFICATION OF ACCEPTANCE
Notification of acceptance of the abstract by the scientific committee will be sent by e-mail to the corresponding author before May 15th, 2019 (extended to May 20th, 2019).
